Stays of 3 days will be accepted. In this case prices are increased by 25% in rispect to the usual daily price (weekly price : 7 x 3 + 25%))
Requests for periods inferior to a week will be taken into consideration time by time.
For stays of less than a week, the light dinner and the continental breakfast will not be provided, as well as the 2 hours of extra cleaning and bathroom linen change

We remind you that our pools are in complete accordance with the Tuscan Region requirements (legge n. 8 del 9 Marzo 2006 della Regione Toscana e al Regolamento di attuazione della stessa n. 23/R del 26 Febbraio 2010, coordinato col Decreto n. 54/R del 13 Maggio 2015)

Security deposit (against breakages ect.) cash at arrival:

Final cleaning:

€ 300 to be paid on arrival (2 hours of cleaning on Wednesday afternoon are included)

Tourist tax: €1,50 per day for the first 7 days for each guest (not applicable for children under 12 years)

Consumption of AC and heating must be paid as it follows:

AC: € 0,90 per KW (1 KW = 3 Frigo calories)

Heating: € 0,19 per Thermal KW (Diesel fuel)

Attention: The consumption of AC and heating depends on many things: 1) the outside temperature 2) how cold or warm you like to have the inside temperature 3) open or closed doors and/or windows 4) turning down when you are not in the villa etc. Anyway, the cost of AC can be from 20 to 40 € per day and of heating from 35 to 80 € per day. The AC and heating system are equipped with digital counters with an error margin of +-5%

Swimming pool: opening 19 April, closing 11 October 2024 (20 Apr – 12 Oct 2024)

Maid service € 15 per hour

Extra linen change € 15 each person

Hire car with driver

Driver with guest’s car (possibility of fixed price for excursions etc.)

painting courses (on canvas or porcelain)

courses in Italian cooking (especially Tuscan)

up to 89 days before date of arrival – the total deposit of the  30%

from 63 to 88 days –  60% of the total amount

from 49 to 62 days – 80% of the total amount

from 0 to 49  days – 100% of the total amount
